One of the main function of Power Division is to monitor the progress of projects undertaken by Power Division and the Utilities. Currently there are 56 projects under implementation. Previously this monitoring system was done manually with several ledgers for maintaining the records. The project’s office had to send reports to their Regional office, Regional Office compiled and sent to the Head Office. Head Office sent to the Ministry after compilation and Ministry finally prepared reports and submitted it for review. This system, in one sense took much time to get a compiled report and, in other way it was waste of paper also.

Considering this problem, Power Division has developed a Web Based ADP Project Monitoring and Evaluation System for project management and up to date report generation.

• Managing the information regarding projects, agencies and donor agencies.
• Monitoring ADP/RADP allocation and procurement plan of the projects under different agencies.
• Tracking the fund allocation and release of ADP and RADP against a project.
• Tracking financial & physical target & progress report of a project.
• Generating the financial and physical progress report (including BAR Chart) of a project.
• Generating financial year wise project progress report.
